Hummingbird Property and Management Services cc is registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and holds a current Fidelity fund certificate.

All our Portfolio Managers have been accredited with the Paddocks/UCT course in Sectional Title Management and who care for our clients.

The Team

Support staff

Our support staff comprises of bookkeeping and admin assistants staff who handles the day-to-day administration of the business and also takes care of logging and reporting maintenance issues as well as submission and monitoring of insurance claims.
